Eating healthy shouldn't be rocket science. The less complicated you can make it, the easier it will be to stick with it. I put this together in about 1 min 58 seconds flat and you can too!
2 slices of bread-wheat, white, rye, doesn't matter, just pick one, they all break down into glucose and used for energy by the body.
2 slices tomato
1 tbsp mayo-yes, mayo is alright to eat so long as you don't smear a half a jar on
1/4 lb shaved turkey
1 slice swiss cheese
